At Alan Paine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the items are in unworn condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
